Policy Information

Shipping

As a responsible buyer, it is crucial to provide the accurate shipping address. Once an order has been shipped, changes cannot be made. In the event of a package being returned, the buyer is responsible for covering shipping costs. If an item arrives damaged, it is essential to document the damage with clear pictures of the packaging and items. Claims must be supported by photographic evidence as required by USPS, with priority packages being the only ones eligible for filing claims.

Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped using USPS, UPS, or DHL. Tracking will be provided for all orders and will be emailed to you once your order is complete. Shipping delays can occur and are out of our control. Be aware of the current processing time posted at the header of the website at the time you order, as it can vary from day to day. BUSINESS days are Monday - Friday.

Listings Containing .SVG Files

The .svg files provided with your orders are only to be used to cut vinyl. These files are NOT to be shared with anyone. You may NOT laser cut these files yourself or send them to anyone to be laser cut. These are Finishing Touch Crafts LLC's property. Please note, listings under the "Vinyl Decals" section of the website WILL NOT contain any files.

Cancellations / Returns / Exchanges

Once an order has begun processing, cancellations, returns, and exchanges are not accepted.

Please email finishingtouchcrafts@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery if you have a problem with your order.

Please be aware that the thickness tolerance in acrylic can be around +/-30%. 

ALL SALES CONTAINING ACRYLIC BLANKS ARE FINAL. ZERO EXCEPTIONS. RETURNS/EXCHANGES ARE NOT ACCEPTED. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU ARE CHECKING YOUR ORDER IS CORRECT BEFORE SUBMITTING.

Orders

All orders are completed in the order they are made. Every order will be made as the order receipt reads. It is important you make sure all sizes and quantities are correct before submitting.

Add-ons to orders are only accepted if an order has not begun processing yet. Please email me if you would like to add on to an existing order. If an order has not begun processing, you will receive a separate invoice to your email on file for the difference. Invoices must be paid promptly.

By submitting an order, you are agreeing to all policies.
